Digital product and compatibility

The Cleaning Business Quote & Profitability Calculator is a digital-download Excel workbook; no physical product is shipped. It is designed for modern Microsoft Excel desktop with calculations enabled. Google Sheets and mobile use are outside the supported scope. Other spreadsheet applications may change formulas, validations, layout, or printing results.

License summary

A purchase permits one business to use the workbook internally. The purchaser may create customer quotes and reasonable backup copies. The workbook may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or uploaded as a template or product.

The license file included with the download contains the complete product-license terms.

Planning-tool disclaimer

The workbook provides planning and estimating calculations based on information entered by the user. It does not guarantee profit, revenue, customer acceptance, pricing accuracy, legal compliance, tax treatment, insurance coverage, or business outcomes.
